Lucas Tan is a Solutions Specialist for BNY's Data & Analytics, where he works with clients to modernise business operating models, optimise data‑driven decision‑making, and unlock efficiencies across complex investment and operational value chains. His work sits at the intersection of technology, operating model design, and investment domain expertise.

Lucas brings a vast amount of experience across implementation and professional services, having joined Milestone Group prior to its acquisition in 2021. He has delivered and supported enterprise‑grade solutions across fund accounting, unit pricing, and investment operations, with deep expertise in fund‑of‑funds processes, multi-layer investment structures and Australian superannuation structures. 

Prior to this, Lucas worked as a Business Analyst at Citi within the Investor Solutions function, where he focused on change and transformation initiatives across different lines of business within the function. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from Curtin University of Technology.
