Richard worked at J.P. Morgan Hong Kong for 5 years and was the manager of the Asia Credit, sales and exotic rates middle offices. He has rich experience in supporting trading desks located across the APAC region dealing with trade booking, life cycle events and managing end to end trade flows. With strong people and relationship management abilities, Richard managed multiple teams within Hong Kong and Singapore and forged these into a highly organized and outstanding group. During his time at J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, Richard also acted as a client service manager for fixed income for the APAC region with great client exposure. The role involved trouble-shooting operational issues for clients and doing bi-annual clients visits, primarily to large institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds and pension fund. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, Richard worked for Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong for 5 years. At Goldman Sachs Hong Kong, he supported private equity/credit and primary / secondary bank loans deals.
