Stuff you really need to know:

• Vendor or Solution Provider: Any service provider to firms/organizations - Including software vendors, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants or companies with primary revenues resulting from commissions, subscriptions and/or advertising.
• Vendor or Solution Provider: Any vendors or solution providers who book the wrong tickets may have their places cancelled without notice, and will not be able to join the event**. Please check your eligibility before booking.
• Qualifying ‘buy-side’ firms are typically end-user clients with assets under management (AUM) exceeding $250m and no trading clients. Buy-side firms include asset managers, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, and pension funds.
• WBR reserves the right to make the final decision on qualification for each ticket type.
• As a condition of your complimentary participation, you are required to refrain from attending unofficial networking events. All official networking events will be organised by WBR or its sponsors.
• Discount codes are not applicable for vendor or solution provider tickets.
• **Note, a non-refundable 3% credit card fee for online bookings will be charged should you choose or be made to cancel your registration.
• Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or invoice - please note, a $99 processing fee per delegate/registration will be applied for bank transfer and invoice payments.
