Kelvin Tan is Head of Tokenisation for Global Financial Markets (GFM) at DBS Bank, where he is responsible for building GFM's asset tokenisation business. He was also part of the initial proposals and solutioning of the bank's digital asset custody, security token offerings, crypto trading, and the DBS Digital Exchange.

Kelvin was involved in the Monetary Authority of Singapore's Project Ubin which led to the development of Partior, and Project Guardian, an initiative to enhance liquidity and efficiency of financial markets through asset tokenisation.

He was previously Head of Innovation for GFM at DBS and Head of FinTech & Data, Technology at SGX.
