Ms. Bian is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of HOPU Investments. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the asset management industry in Asia, where she has been deeply involved in portfolio management, talent, and operations. Prior to joining HOPU in 2024, she was the Managing Director at YF Capital and Executive Director at Hillhouse Capital, primarily responsible for portfolio management, human resources, and investor relations across Asian offices. She started her career as an equity analyst at Alliance Bernstein in New York. She holds a Master’s degree in East Asian studies from Harvard University.
